    Extensions don’t have the oil and moisture natural hair has. So moisturize with conditioners, minimize heat, protect extensions from winter weather and regular trimming.

    Since extensions do not generate natural oils you will need to moisturize them and maintain them yourself. Using leave in conditioners for the moisture, stay away from daily use of heat products like straightener and curling iron, use hats and scarves to keep hair out of the cold dry weather when you are outside and cut off split end regularly so it looks nice, natural and healthy.
