Straw rod set – $95
Straw or rod sets are done on normal or relaxed hair using rods the size of straws for a natural or more curly look.
Two strand twist – $120
This style is usually accomplished on hair that is not relaxed for a natural look. It is accomplished by taking twenty one sections of hair, big to small, and twisting the sections into each other. The hair is set to dry under head dryer. A Two StrandTwist can also be used as a way for a client to start the locking process. Products containing no wax or mineral oil are best when a client decides to loc their hair. These products are used at XEX Hair Salon when we complete a Two Strand Twist.
Comb twist – $85
Comb Twist is another another natural style which can only be done on clients whose hair is not relaxed. The stylist works with the client’s natural, tight curl or coiled, textured hair. Working a product that contains no wax into sections of hair with a fine-toothed comb, you begin to twist the hair into a coil. A Comb Twist can also be used as a way for a client to start the locking process. Products containing no wax or mineral oil are best when a client decides to loc their hair. These products are used at XEX Hair Salon when we complete a Comb Twist.
