XEX Policies: Please inform your server of any allergies. A sensitivity test and release form may be required prior to any chemical services. The price for chemical services may increase based on hair density or length of hair. All chemical services include blow dry. A consultation is necessary before beginning a service. At the time of consultation your server will quote you. Any finishing service may be styled by a stylist when available. Please be aware that gratuities can not be charged to your credit cards. We appreciate your timeliness. Appointments will not be guaranteed if client is 15 minutes late.
