XEX Policies: Your stylist will give a consultation before commencing any services. Please inform your stylist of any allergies. A sensitivity test and release form may be required prior to any chemical services. The price for chemical services may increase based on hair density or length of hair. All chemical services include blow dry. Styling of finishing services may be completed by any stylist at the discretion of XEX. Pricing may vary for all chemical services due to the length of hair and extra product usage. Your stylist will quote you the extra charge before commending the service or you will not have to pay the difference. Rosemary and Shampure conditioners are a free bonus to all of our clients. Any finishing service may be styled by a stylist when available. Gratuities can be charged to your credit card. We appreciate your timeliness. Appointments will not be guaranteed if client is 15 minutes or more late.
