Pregnant and Stylin’

Since my mom reads my blog posts, I suppose I should preface this article with the statement that I am not pregnant.  Of course I’m fascinated by pregnancy and hope that someday I’ll have a little bun in the oven.  Until then, I’ll keep reading the blogs of expecting mothers who are able to stay fit and adorable during their pregnancies.  It’s incredible!  How do they do it?  Joanna Goddard of A Cup of Jo, pictured above, was able to maintain her tiny frame throughout her pregnancy.  She’s since had her baby, Toby, and continues to impress me with her effortless style.  She can even make tennis shoes look chic.  Look at how cute Naomi of Rockstar Diaries is at 34 weeks:

Her dress is adorable and even has a tailored look for being maternity wear.

I can’t mention cute pregnant ladies without mentioning Cole from Pacing the Panic Room.  Here’s a video of her belly growing throughout her pregnancy.  She basically wore all American Apparel in the video.  Good to know if I ever need to pick out clothes to show off my baby bump!

I definitely want to be like these ladies if and when I get pregnant.  It’s nice to know that pregnancy isn’t all pain and weight gain. It’s possible to maintain your figure and show off your style while being pregnant.  Thank God!
